The Urban Institute, the IRS’ “trusted partner” for small nonprofit organizations to publicly disclose their financial information, has itself partnered with the radical National Council of La Raza, an open-borders advocacy group pushing immigration reform.

Earlier this week, WND broke the story that the IRS is officially directing all U.S. nonprofits whose annual gross receipts are $50,000 or less to file their annual financial information electronically with the liberal Urban Institute.

Still trying to figure out la raza and the whole race thing. Of course la raza is listed on the hhs questionaire relating to race or ethnicity on the obiecare documents. Didn't notice any Dutch, Germans, Swedes, Norwegians, Finns, French, Polish or a myriad of other "races/ethnicities" listed though. Hmmmmmm

It seems to me that a non-profit could file directly with the IRS. Then if the data gets to the Urban Institute and/or La Raza, the organization would have legal standing to sue.

WND’s report revealed the IRS contracts with an avowedly “progressive” organization, the Urban Institute, supported by George Soros to process data filed by smaller tax-exempt groups.

And since most of the tea-party groups have annual revenues of [$50,000] or less, this would redirect their filings to a group whose mission is fundamentally at odds with tea-party organizations.”

Where a department behaves as corruptly as the IRS, first selectively moving against conservative nonprofits only and then forcing all nonprofits to file their tax returns with a hard-left group only, with the menace that if they did not do so they would lose their nonprofit status, one statute springs to mind.

“The RICO statute,” he wrote.

“The IRS, by its actions, has shown itself to be a racketeer-influenced criminal organization. The nonprofits should band together, now, and mount a RICO action against it.

BEWARE THE CASTROS US Cong Julian Castro, San Antonio, his identical twin brother -- San Diego Mayor Julian Castro (now making the rounds of presidential primary states)....and Mamsita Castro---Maria “Rosie” Castro--hardline La Raza activist.

Freshman Cong Joaquín Castro warned last year that if Speaker Boehner adhered to his promise to invoke the so-called Hastert rule, the House will not pass comprehensive immigration reform last year.

So I guess that will put the kibosh to the ambitious Castro family's plans for America, thank God. God only knows how much San Diego tax money and Congressional tax money----from her sons----is going into furthering mamasita's La Raza activities.
