Russia want Texas, western Louisiana, the Bakken oil fields and pipelines to sell us our own oil and gas back. All thats needed is to strip away the high density populations of the east and west coasts via nuclear fission and maybe chicaog, kansas city and dallas and voila you have instant money machine.
