Everybody had the same chance as Joe Biden to become Vice President but chose a different route. This is how it is. I don’t remember the bitching with Cheney. I think a weekend vacation is not a big deal. If you have issues, then run for President or at least get on the ticket as VP.

I was simply descibing why a weekend to the Virgin Islands is a lot more “vacation time” than a typical American would get. Show me factually where that was “bitching” or where the VP does not get the VIP treatment I descibed

Not so much - his brother (BIL?) has a house there. Biden is a joke, but this is no big deal.
