Appointing political donors as ambassadors to important countries is horribly corrupt, but naming a campaign organizer to a cabinet position is worse. Where are the grownups?

Guns (or the lack of them) is definitely a health care problem in India where this clown appears to come from. They still get 50,000 - 100,000 people a year killed by poisonous snakes; that simply could not happen in a nation whose people were armed.

Dr. Vivek Hallegere Murthy is one seriously smart and talented guy. Perhaps the smartest guy in the Obama Administration.
He is also very successful in his own right.
