Gibbs frets about Dem 2014 chances

By BURGESS EVERETT | 3/16/14 11:22 AM EDT

The Senate is “definitely” in danger of flipping to Republican control, former White House press secretary Robert Gibbs said Sunday.

Appearing on NBC’s “Meet the Press,” Gibbs said “there’s no doubt that the rollout for healthcare is still providing a huge hangover” for Democrats. But that’s not the biggest problem that Democrats face as an emboldened GOP seeks to seize six Senate seats and retake the majority for the first time in eight years.

Democrats are worried, he said, that the electorate could be more like the tea party wave election and less like the 2012 defeat of Mitt Romney and a sustained GOP push for the Senate.

In that event, “there’s a real, real danger that the Democrats could suffer big losses,” Gibbs said.

And a GOP Senate joining a conservative House majority would make the last two years of President Barack Obama’s presidency pretty painful for Democrats, Gibbs said.

It can be true! Get out of your house and get out the vote, with registrations to vote in your hand. Even if it is just around your own block.

Think what this could do if everyone did only one block.

Get out the vote — it’s up to us!

One thing we can do is mock their use of the word “rollout” — it wasn’t the rollout, everything still sucks about Obamacare.

Oh, I’m sure that Reince Priebus and the GOP Establishment are working overtime to assure a RAT Party Victory in November

You are correct sir, and if that isn't enough, then voter fraud will do the rest.

“I’d say Obamacare is a pretty big win for them. It’s like social security and medicare. It’ll never go away.”

Yep. No matter what, Obamacare is shaping up as an enormous Medicaid expansion. Before long half the country will be either Medicare, Medicaid and/or on Disabilty and never again will a small government political nominee ever win election. Stifling taxation and “immigration reform” to follow. The next 50 years are going to suck.

And with the help of the Supreme Court too. We still have that to contend with.

I hate to be a pessimist, but I’ll believe in a rat loss when I see it. Half the people will vote for free stuff no matter what, and fraud will make up for any difference.

This is why we need to forget and refuse to talk about the 2016 Presidential election. There should be 100% concentration on defeating every Democrat senator running for office THIS year. There are 19 of them and there is no good reason to elect any of them. This includes all those from”blue” states. Remember, Obamacare is devastating citizens living in every state. There is no reason the Republicans shouldn’t elect well over the 60 needed to override any and all Obama vetoes.

As a consequence of parents not making sure that their children are being taught the federal government's constitutionally limited powers, please consider the following. Patriots have missed opportunities since the 2010 elections to elect 2/3 conservative majorities, majorities consisting of both Democratic and Republican conservative lawmakers, to both Houses of Congress. If patriots had done so then Congress would be positioned as follows.

Congress would have the power, under the Constitution's Clause 2 of Section 7 of Article I, to override presidential vetoes. In other words, Congress controlled by a conservative supermajority could have repealed constitutionally indefensible Obamacare Democratcare without Obama's signature.

So patriots and former Obama supporters need to make up for lost time by trying to elect conservative supermajorities to both Houses of Congress in the 2014 and 2016 election cycles.

Note that Congress has exercised its power to override presidential vetoes as recently as Bushes 41 & 43, and also with Clinton.

No question about that.

I think that anybody caught committing Voter Fraud should be horse-whipped.

Dingy Harry changed the rules, only takes 51 votes to get cloture. This is assuming our leader doesn’t change it back to look fair to the media.

You won't get any argument from me on that. I will believe a rat loss when I see it. Too many parasites in the voting ranks, like that long haired hippy freak that Hannity interviewed. That nut case was a fool to come on his program, but it is A holes like him who vote rat every time, so I will believe it when I see it.

A horse whipping is a good place to start, but I wouldn't stop with that.

I'd horse-whip them myself, if I had a horse.
