$30M for a used Boeing 777 that can be purchased and put in service without attracting much attention at all ...

OR

... several dozen hours of preparation for a hijacked Boeing 777 with about a 0.001% chance of success for whatever the ultimate mission is.

I'm still not sure I see what the "mission" is supposed to be, if this is how someone decided to go about carrying it out.
