I think I would smack the regard who would ask me to sign that. Alaska would actually be fine all on our own. We would.probably be richer for it too.
It appears to be a mocking taunt to Obama - one that, should they get the necc. number of signatures - and I'm betting they will (I'd sign) - HE will have to act on, hereby assuring he hears about it.
I would like to see his face when he gets wind of it.

This is how it starts. Next Putin will be dumping Russian passports by the boat load and signing up everyone as Russian citizens. Send in a few special forces to start a ruckus, then, blammo. Russia invades and annexes the territory to protect the poor victimized Russian citizens.
