That is a nice option when the time comes, so you will trade a Harry Reid for a Scott Brown? Situational ethics are tough call when making choices like we have in NH right now. I thought you were in Texas...

That said, you like to deal in big pictures, like voting out Harry Reid, what happens to your program when NH votes in Scott Brown, the republican’ts have a majority in the Senate the day after the election..we won and the next day... Juan McPain and Kelley Ayotte leave the Republican’t party like Jeffords and Spector... Dirty Harry Stays... and we have a RINO for a Senator... Sorry Bub, I say never again a RINO ever....or vote like you are... we conservatives and America loose every time! Spector on like a Jim Jeffords...fool. Yeah having an R behind the name really matters.. sorry but history trumps your dysfunctional thinking... You been to Colorado by chance recently??? your thinking is like a stoned republican’t party member.

I can only deal with what exists.

Which is a Democrat is appx 99% chance of voting for Harry Reid.

A Republican has a appx 0% chance for voting for Harry Reid

That is a nice theory so make sure there is no options, ever for the GOPe, by never settling for the RINO.

I’ve been planning on voting for Karen Testerman.

Oops, somehow I missed her, she's good too.

I'd be happy with either.

I don't know accurate this list is, but Politics1 lists several choices.

Scott Brown is a carpetbagger. Bob Smith backed Hanoi John Kerry. Screw them both.

That leaves Andy Martin, Jim Rubens, and Karen Testerman.

This is why the democrats have been kicking our ass for years now. They’re happy to get small, incremental changes, and they just keep the press on and slowly roll over us time and time again. Us conservatives want it all at once and won’t settle for just a little better now... And a little more later. That’s why we lose. We will never get the perfect candidate we demand, and the dems know it. They’re happy with a halfway candidate time after time until they have moved their dial way further left than they could have all at once.

It doesn’t matter much now. The point of no return has been crossed. We’ve passed the point where now more than 51% of the electorate are takers, not makers. We waited too long. There is no way back.

Bob Smith ain’t perfect but don’ throw him out so quickly... Brown yes,... review them all and take what Smith did in context is all I am ask you to do.. He did it to piss of the GOPe... this was prior the Tea party being any option for his disdain of the Republican Party... Was his letter smart... no. it now has consequences... but you have understand the context and timing too. Rubens and Martin will get hammered by the GOPe machine and piss stream media. Testerman would be a great senator, but she is too kind and nice... she will get the Jack Kimball treatment by the Sununu/Gregg/Binney machines.

Unfortunately that leaves Bob, mistakes and all ... he knows the game and the players well enough to win... Testerman does not. Being a Christian that circled the State house in Concord does not win elections in my opinion. I hope I am wrong...

I disagree... get the historical facts... The Republican’ts party is full of those who will negotiate across the isle. McPain, Spector, Jeffords, Brown, Gregg, Ayotte... that’s just the Senate.... The Democrats rarely have defections or reach across the isle types. Never on the rate the Republican’ts do. The Democrats have party discipline, the Republican’ts have negotiations and no consequences for not towing the line..

So you and your type blame the Conservatives... Karl Rove is that you? Quit thinking the conservatives are the problem, its the Republican’t party and RINO politicians...

Never support a RINO again EVER!

No... Conservatives aren’t the problem. But that’s not what that meant anyway. What it means is that we are wasting time waiting for the “perfect” candidate that never comes. Who is he? What candidate has ever been out there that was good enough under these criteria? Ronald Reagan was pro-amnesty so even he doesn’t make the cut.

Who is it?

the most conservative candidate every time, period. In NH we have several options in the Senate Elections coming up this fall.

Scott Brown-D running as a RINO -NO

Karen Testerman -R, yes, but piss-stream media and GOPe will savage her.

Bob Smith -R, yes but has baggage but also knows the game

There are several others too... but the primary will be a fight between the GOPe and Tea Party here in NH
