You just can’t make this up! Gun runner Eric Holder wants to force gun owners to wear government approved bracelets. The Sun Times reported:
How’s this for gun control: Attorney General Eric Holder said the Justice Department wants to explore gun tracking bracelets as part of a new form of gun control.
While appearing in front of the House appropriations subcommittee on Friday, Holder focused on technological innovations.
“I think that one of the things that we learned when we were trying to get passed those common sense reforms last year, Vice President Biden and I had a meeting with a group of technology people and we talked about how guns can be made more safe,” he said. “By making them either through finger print identification, the gun talks to a bracelet or something that you might wear, how guns can be used only by the person who is lawfully in possession of the weapon.
“It’s those kinds of things that I think we want to try to explore so that we can make sure that people have the ability to enjoy their Second Amendment rights, but at the same time decreasing the misuse of weapons that lead to the kinds of things that we see on a daily basis,” Holder said.
That's exactly what they want. Then they can declare Martial Law, suspend the Constitution, and appoint Obama President for Life.

Bracelets might be expensive. It’d be a lot cheaper, and easier to identify, to have gun owners wear a yellow star sewn to their clothing. And it would be in keeping with Holder’s the policies of Holder’s Bavarian political mentor.
Holder can take a long walk off a short pier and never come back. Not abiding by anything that traitorous murderer has to say.

General Eric Holder ought to observe how gun confiscation efforts are going in the ostensibly leftist states of New York and Connecticut before he tries to let his alligator mouth overload his hummingbird butt.
As a male I think your proposal is absolutely laughable: not only do you wish to put them on a list and relegate them to a second-class citizen, but you show no concern for the innocent — consider the Duke lacross guys and the havoc that went through because of a single false rape accusation from someone whose own father warned had a history of such? (Granted the lacross guys were finally acquitted, but how many guys are not? I know for a fact that there's a lot of men who are relegated to 2nd class citizen because of mere accusation of domestic abuse, in the cases I'm personally familiar with [guys I served with] the men weren't even in-country when the woman claimed the incident happened.)
Nevermind the bracelets. Enemies of the Constitution need to wear twisted hemp neckties.
