The Chairman of the Louisiana Republican Party has been calling Rep. Vance McAllister (R-La.) since Tuesday night to ask for his resignation, but has yet received no response.

A source close to the state party tells The Hill that Chairman Roger Villere has repeatedly tried contacting McAllister via phone and email, but the calls go straight to voicemail and the emails haven’t been returned.
Villere, the source said, was able to get McAllister’s chief of staff, Adam Terry, on the phone Tuesday night for a heated conversation about the congressman’s future, but that discussion hasn’t led to direct contact with McAllister.

I realize that all people are flawed (I certainly am), but McAllister campaigned with an explicit Christian family man appeal. He’s not Eddie Edwards, who was an open womanizer and never hid his true nature. So this scandal is a direct betrayal of the people who voted for him as well as his family. The fact that it’s on video makes it even more potent.
Here’s a mathematical formula:
blatant immorality + colossal hypocricy = public betrayal

Get rid of this clown. Louisiana will elect another Republican, and that person has to be better than McAllister.
Anyone who blames his bad actions on someone leaking a video deserves to be terminated from Congress -- by the voters or the Republican Party -- if they can force him to resign.
McCallister has called for an investigation on who leaked the video.

I am usually leery of such arm twisting. In this case... It would probably be best for quite literally everyone.
The talk on the local, i.e., within the voting district, radio program was that this is seen as a foothold to allow the RINO Riser, (who is a favortie of Jindal), an opportunity, again, to attempt to gain the Congressional seat.
We voted for McCallister, because he is IN our district, unlike Riser.
We voted for McCallister, because it is Riser, who had been blocking the legal attempts of that monastery to build coffins, which would affect Rider’s business as a funeral home ow2ner.
We voted for McCallister, because the day BEFORE that snake RINO Rodney Alexander announced his resignation, Riser submitted his papers to be a candidate for Congress.
IF the leak came from a person on McCallister’s staff, I’m going to ask the question:
“How much did they pay you?”

Face it, McAllister is a liberal RINO creep and loser who rolled you guys (or did Cleo Fields active help not alert you to that fact ?). Riser was the better man.
If he resigned there might still be time to elect a replacement before November.

I don’t think he NEEDS to resign BTW, merely not running again works for me. Since he’s a RINO douche though it might be better to be rid of him sooner than later.
