Actress Kirsten Dunst came under attack from nasty feminists on the Internet for remarks she made in the U.K. edition of Harpers Bazaar magazine.
"I feel like the feminine has been a little undervalued," Dunst said. "We all have to get our own jobs and make our own money, but staying at home, nurturing, being the mother, cooking – it’s a valuable thing my mum created. And sometimes, you need your knight in shining armour. I’m sorry. You need a man to be a man and a woman to be a woman. That’s why relationships work."

I think her “I’m sorry.” was clearly a “you feminazis have it wrong” thing.

We need to draw a distinction here between feminists and lesbians.
I think we throw them all together in one bag, to our disadvantage. The lesbian group is much narrower and much more aggressive. Some women who consider themselves "feminists", such as Sarah Palin, are conservatives.

I have said this before. If people would, IN THEIR OWN FAMILY AND FRIENDS, stop tolerating this crap, it would end quickly.
Liberals only do what they do because they have become emboldened by no blowback. Take for example the DU styled “I told my right wing uncle off at thanksgiving dinner!” type crap. My wife of 22 years stayed home when our four kids were young. She worked part time when they went to school, and is now working full time as our oldest two are in college; going into teaching and law school. When the last two are out of college, we'll have significant income and resources. She is every inch a "goddess" and deserves everything I can offer.
No worries; I think we all know she’ll be coming out in the next day or two “clarifying” her comments.

Well, that's traditional marriage, though, isn't it? The wife stays home while the husband works outside the home. Ideally she is treated like a goddess, and he is treated like a king.
I hope for your sake you get to experience that latter part one day (my husband seems to like it). But somehow I have my doubts that you will.
