Too Many Federal Agencies Have Created Their Own Private Armies
TRNS ^ | April 21, 2014 | By Ernest Istook

Does the Environmental Protection Agency really need armed agents? Outside of law enforcement, federal agencies now employ over 25,000 people as armed agents. They are more than guards. They’ve become like private armies that can push around private citizens.

Over 70 non-military federal agencies now have their own armed agents.

You expect armed agents with the FBI, the U.S. Marshal Service and the Border Patrol.

But the EPA? The Fish & Wildlife Service, Bureau of Land Management, even the Social Security Administration and the National Institutes of Health? Even the Department of Education and the Department of Housing and Urban Development have their own armed agents.

As do the Food and Drug Administration. And Veterans Affairs. Even the Government Printing Office and the National Zoo. And of course the Library of Congress

Collectively, over 25,000 individuals now work as armed agents of federal agencies not usually associated with law enforcement.

These are not just guards. These agents go out on raids to enforce the orders of federal bureaucracies. No bureaucracy should have a private army to enforce its orders against the American people.

Well said. What happened out in Nevada was a much needed wakeup call to stand up to these bureaucracies.

Gummit has gotten too full of itself, IMHO.

I hate to sound like a Paulbot. I wish that some other broad spectrum conservative candidate was also as radical about “smallifying” the Fedzilla as Paul has been. He or she would be easier to swallow as a candidate. It is to wince to hear someone say he doesn’t care about, say, “gay marriage.” But I haven’t seen any such candidate. And if I was forced to choose between exclusive emphases on an issue, I’d choose the one that put government reduction first. Because it is the pride of a swollen extent that made the other, more recent vices possible. IMHO.

Kinda makes you wonder if Obama thinks that the American citizen is the enemy?

Seems to me that they have been stating with no uncertain terms that they find traditional American citizens their enemy since they took office! Am I missing something here?

I'd almost be will willing to give the Department of Housing and Urban Development a pass.........I've seen some of the Housing and Urbanites they've "developed." You need heavy weapons to go into some of these areas and deal with the natives.

Although, I'm in favor of disbanding HUD and an arm's length list of other federal agencies.

* The EPA assigns one million acres to previous owners in Wyoming.

* The BLM Rustles cattle in Nevada.

* Now the USFS Rustles Cattle in New Mexico.

What will doormat Republican Speaker Boehner do now to punish these lawless Federal Bureaus?

BTW, have y’all noticed that Obama is very effectively using these lawless events by his Bureaus to distract from the NSA, Benghazi, IRS and Obamacare Scandals?

Is the modern day equivalent of the KKK the Bureau of Feudal Land Management, (BFLM) ?

If so, then Feudal Lord Reid would then be “The Grand Dragon of the BFLM.”

Feudal Lord Reid’s Rustlers are hired guns, who are furious but not fast, which also applies to their multimillionaire Leader: Feudal Lord Reid.

With the past Democrat-based KKK, and now the present Democrat-controlled BFLM, ethics be damned, as abject fear is the main goal of both of these Medieval Outlaw Gangs, past and present.

“Ethics” will be justified later by Liberals who will write the ‘revised” PC History of these times, past and present; of powerful men with outlaw hatred toward free people in America, Black or White, poor or rich.

The Jackboot Heel of Democat Tyranny is now upon us, AGAIN !

FORWARD!

Obama’s legacy is the U.S. Postal Service Sniper Team. I will never forgive the Park SService for their shut down actions. Never!

I heard on the Dallas news a few days ago that the U.S. Postal Service bought thousands of rounds of ammo. I was floored. Anybody else hear this???? (WBAP 820AM)

I agree. I want to hear other GOP candidates talking about this. The job of president is to manage the administration and federal agencies. He is the only one that can tell agencies what to eliminate or downsize. You will notice that domestic surveillance and all of those armed domestic forces survived sequestration and the shutdown, so they must have been deemed essential. It is time to change that. Right now, I only know of 1 candidate that would do that.

Obama said he wanted a civilian army as powerful as the actual Army.
The official army is getting downsized by 50-100K.
This unofficial army is 25K that we know of, possibly more. After all, they have a few hundred here, a few thousand there. When each department has an armed group, the actual total is harder to track and the massing less obvious.

A conservative president would have resistance from Congress and the very agencies that he is the head of.

buncha gear queers all dressed up and looking for someplace to go..

just until the first couple of them eat some rounds playing cowboy....you notice how they usually pick on old white law abiding citizens with minor bureaucratic "crimes" then they go full blitzkrieg on them. Killing their dogs, flashing their guns and maybe killing one or two surprised folks.

but do you see them doing door to door in KNOWN gang lands... bunch of pussies and they know it.

Bookmark this ... it's all fun and games till they screw with the family member or a special operator and don't kill him. Cause you saw the entire LAPD wet their pants, shooting up souther California when ONE CRAZY cop went nuts. I couldn't even imagine what a 2 man fire team or a six man assault team could do to an entire state if they were motivated. The rogue lone wolf operation is bad enough but a concerted effort by men that know what they're doing would make these wannabe special operators wet their pants.

You post: “This isn’t just an Obama thing”

HE thinks it is.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tt2yGzHfy7s

It is reported that they now have, along with the DHS, IRS, BML etc - a total of about 250,000 armed agents.
HOwever - they aren't battle trained - they got out maneuvered and scared s***less at Bunkerville. When r=faced with Americans that won't kneel down - they start shaking in their boots -

Then there's this: They're up against The World's Largest Army

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-XjSSUC8IlY

Double these numbers to account for the millions who have guns that aren't hunters - and the whole new layer of women shooters.

The only business that O’bummer has been good for is the firearms industry - ahahaha

P.S. The very people who were denouncing the heavy handed government in the 60s are in charge of the JBTs today and use them to oppress the people without a thought of the irony.
