That is very nice of them, Russians are nothing if not considerate and honest. I am sure the Ukrainians are greatly relieved.
More likely that they will declare an Obama-like “No Fly Zone”, with means they can bomb anything they want to with impunity, and put boots on the ground as “Advisors”, or to lase targets, just like Obama did in Libya.
Putin already has a clear precedent to follow.
Hagel, like Kerry, is the biggest sucker the US has ever unleashed on the world. They both seem to have a “Kick Me” sign on their back everywhere they go.
Of course they won’t invade. They will merely respond to any aggressive force made against their troops.
