Nobody has pointed out yet that the SKS reported by the MSM is not an “assault rifle”. The weapon is not select fire. It’s semi-auto ONLY (by default), and feeds from a fixed (but hinged) 10 round box magazine. Not only this, but one must be 18 to buy long guns and he’s only 17. I think it would be well served to put his parents under heavy scrutiny at this point. I’d say they know a whole lot more than is being reported. :-)
