The state should just say NO. Why do they obey unconstitutional diktats of an imperial court instead of just saying they won’t comply?

Is there not one Governor who just declines to obey these illegal orders?

What do you call an attorney who has an IQ of less than 50?
Your Honor.

Gay couples could flood courthouses Friday morning, seeking to exercise a newly declared right to marry in Idaho.
Well, that’s the whole idea isn’t it judge?

State by state and judicious judge shopping and they are winning almost 100%. Soon all 57 states will allow marriage to anything.

And the march of court ordered homosexual marriage continues...........state by state........................
The next time the Supreme Court takes up the issue of homosexual marriage, they will probably issue a sweeping ruling for 50 state homosexual marriage.
It seems clear now, that the only people in America who are allowed to define marriage will be federal judges.
To: GIdget2004
The federal courts hare utterly and completely politicized, and therefore corrupt.
No state should have to obey anything they say.
What’s 0bummer gonna do? Draw a line in the sand?

Unless a number of states refuse to obey these lunatics on the Federal Bench, this will continue.

"Is there not one Governor who just declines to obey these illegal orders?" You would think so, but I guess most governors do not look good in orange and they are also addicted to their federal funding.

The documents are not even official, they must be altered by applicants, which has never been allowed before.
Remember when courts allowed legislatures to get involved after they made these decisions, in order to implement them without the chaos that will ensue with these sharp decisions?

Another federal judge that should be impeached.

Kootenai County Clerk Jim Brannon is currently running to keep his position to which he had previously been appointed. He’s a very devout Christian and rock-ribbed conservative. It wouldn’t surprise me if he refused to issue marriage certificates to homos. This could get interesting.

No, this judge should not be impeached. Judges are obliged to follow higher court decisions, and Windsor effectively requires this decision. Look to Breyer, Sotomayor et al for the judges who are solely at issue.
To: buckalfa
These judges should be arrested

These judges deserve something far more “permanent” than being arrested.
