I was thinking the other day. Back in the 1930s & 1940s a lot of folk singers sang about corruption in DC. Lots of songs about the workforces Roosevelt had, but the only ones making money were his buddies...about the fatcats in DC ignoring the citizen. The exampes are numerous. An example is the song Ramble that Country Joe stole for Fixin tomDie Rag.

And, here we are again. Corruption. The more things change, the more they return to the bad stuff. And, the harder it gets to change it.

Isn't it clear the entire federal administrative apparatus is at the political beck and call of rat senators and president? Isn't it clear that elections are courtesies extended to a people who wish to believe they still live in a constitutional republic?

Recall how Newt and Herman were run out of the 2012 race.

If no Obama minister is indicted, we can rest assured that whomever gets the 2016 GOP presidential nomination, he will have the blessing of those who gave us Romney.
