If your party nominates a liberal like Jeb or Christie, they are setting Hillary up for the job.

Conservatives won't vote for a liberal republican. You can blame the voters all you like, but it's the liberal republican candidates that are to blame.

The voters pick the candidates.

The party cheats and pushes their candidate. Ask yourself why the GOP-E doesn't want closed primaries, and in fact fights to keep primaries open.

Put up a liberal republican candidate, and lose again. Which will mean 8 years for Hillary.

I'm a conservative, not a republican. I won't vote for a liberal republican candidate.

Whatever!

That simply means you don’t vote against the communists.

Great thinking.

The incumbent that was defeated in a low-turnout Republican primary was a good conservative Republican, Delegate Larry Kump, whose views can be seen at

The teenager happens to be the daughter of another incumbent politician, hence automatic name recognition.

There is no story here except the novelty factor.

In our system, you can only vote for. You can't vote against.

I won't vote for a liberal Republican. I'll vote for the candidate that meets my simple tests, regardless of what party. If that's the Constitution party, so be it.

your test should be a simple one to pass for a “republican” anything less is what I call a Democrat.. While I voted for willard, I can’t/won’t do it again. The pubs have become the democrat lite party..

we didn’t leave the party, the party left us. The Romney defenders know this deep down inside.

given Romney’s record.. what leads you to believe he was not a communist??

In our system, you can only vote for. You can't vote against.

That's ridiculous, of course you vote against. You put more marks in column of the the bad guy's opponent, and you take him out. A "winner takes all" system is exactly like a balance scale...the side with the more weight on it is the winner.

The problem is you don't do that, so Hitler, Satan, Clinton, whatever...wins.

And that, J-RATdomFreeper, makes you, and all your low-information buddies, Obama voters.

I'm no fan, but he was the only other name on the ballot. (a vote against)

He may be a wishy-washy RINO (in order to win in Massachusetts) but unlike the Kenyan Dog-eater in Chief, his record was not anti-business, and he didn't hate the American People.

This rotting-corpse "State of the Union" would not exist under ANY of the 2012 GOP primary candidates, including the Romulan.

Nope, not an obama voter. I voted for Goode, the Constitution Party guy. He wasn't a liberal.

Romney lost because Romney was a liberal, and lots of people wouldn't vote for him.

You liberal republicans will do the same thing next presidential election and wind up getting Hillary elected.

And it will be your fault. Your party sucks. I'm glad I'm a conservative, and not a republican.

That just it, we didn’t consider Romney or other liberal Republicans to be “on our side”

He was not a wishy-washy RINO as Governor, he was a liberal and all of his stands in 2012 were outright lies. I cannot vote for that.

Besides, Romney was unelectable. Proof of that is that he wasn't elected.

Same thing...a spoiler. You failed to fire on the enemy.

Romney lost because Romney was a liberal, and lots of people wouldn't vote for him.

He lost because you LIV "conservatives" think this is "Dancing with the Stars" instead of WAR.

Obama thanks all of you for your egotistical and fatal voting blunders.

Well then how else does a "republican" get elected by the communist Massholes?

Your candidate was unelectable. He didn't get elected. Blaming the voters for not voting for your unelectable, liberal candidate is weak. Calling them names and demanding that they vote for your liberal candidate won't work.

You can keep doing what you've been doing, and you'll keep getting the same results. Including republican leadership that hates conservatives.

That. Just don’t tell me to pretend the guy becomes a conservative when he runs for something else.
