You can bet your last dollar that Harry Reid wouldn’t have such nice things to say about Senator Chris McDaniel. Harry hates true conservatives, like Ted Cruz and Mike Lee, but loves RINOs like Thad! Harry praises Thad for his work helping Democrats pass their appropriations bills and for a lovely trip they once took together. How nice!

Harry Reid has one goal in mind when he praises Thad Cochran, and that is damaging his chances. Reid’s calculation, probably correct,is that Thad is more electable than McDaniel, thus more of a threat to his future as majority leader.
Getting a marriage blessing from Harry Obamacare is just as bad as a getting choice master husband at the hands of Boko Haram.

Similar to what I just said on the Valerie Jarrett/Boehner thread, and have said before. 2014 is a base turnout election. The Dem base is demoralized so the only hope they have is to suppress the GOP base.
Not to be interpreted as a pro-Cochrane position. Just want to make sure what’s going on is out there and part if the discussion so Conservatives can make informed, fact and issues based voting decisions.

I have no idea what Cochran has done in response to Harry Reid’s comments. They all dance to their own special brand of music.

On another note, I'm surprised (sort of) to see Gene Taylor running again. I see signs, but haven't heard of any campaign per se. Do you have info? I haven't been tracking Palazzo, but haven't seen or heard any reason to get rid of him and go back to Taylor. I also see that Taylor is running as a Republican this time out. He is the only Democrat I can recall ever voting for, but it would be nice if anyone had extra dope on his run and how Palazzo has been performing.
