That's not what I see from this vantage point. Because 'pubs in OH cannot even gerrymander without screwing up, there are some small towns that are actually quite conservative stuck in Marcia Fudge's district. Anyone around here can see what happens. There are a lot of restaurant, office, some retail jobs that a lot of blacks in her district can get to by connecting bus rides. This is a source of a lot of very good employees. There are hundreds like them, for whom there's no work on Cleveland's east side. What's the competition for them? Hispanic workers. The local whites don't fill anywhere near the availability.

Unless Marcia Fudge begins to look at the situation in her own district, she is costing her constituents hundreds of jobs. Someone in her district did call her office and point this out. <^..^>

It's not about what is best for the black workers or any American workers. It's just about the votes. The Democrats already have the black votes sewed up by a 20-1 margin.
