Does amnesty mean that there will be greater competition for low paying jobs between blacks and hispanics? If so then blacks will lose that one. A comparison of the two cultures makes me believe that hispanics are more motivated to work, more family oriented, better citizens and harder, smarter workers. It’s a racial thing.
