National marijuana prohibition is dead in America and it’s getting deader all the time.

You saved me the trouble of posting an image of a federal marijuana tax stamp.

"National marijuana prohibition is dead in America and its getting deader all the time." It's sad to see that people don't understand the ultimate damage that marijuana is going to cause. But prohibition in dead, stick a fork in it and let's move on. There are horrors on the horizon and many sleepless nights ahead for us all.

Things might be less contentious if the prohibitionists here would acknowledge that the fedguv has zero power to regulate use within the several states.

Man, that’s so true. The people DO NOT like same sex marriage. But Federal judges have the divine right of kings to force them to accept it.

In time my friend, the people will understand the damage this drug does, and those of us who urged non legalization will be vindicated. A lot of lives are going to be diminished or lost until then.

It's sad to see that people don't understand the damage that banning marijuana has already caused.

It is also sad to hear Freepers advocating federal control of pot as if we are incapable of making decisions for ourselves.
This is not an endorsement of pot or any drug or any banned substance, just that individuals should be allowed to make their own choice.
