Yes. Isostatic rebound would raise the land mass and retain the majority of the melt. Looks like Lake Greenland would rival the other largest freshwater lakes of the world.
I found an interesting article on a giant canyon under the Antarctic ice as well, 2 miles deep, 15 miles wide and 186 miles long, just mapped in January of this year. It would be interesting to know if it is basin shaped too.
