Friday at the daily briefing, White House press secretary Josh Earnest repeatedly dismissed concerns over Internal Revenue Service claims that two years of Lois Lerner's emails are lost forever as "conspiracy theories."
"Turns out that there have been 13 months of multiple congressional investigations, including 14 congressional hearings, 30 interviews with IRS employees, 50 written congressional requests, and 750,000 pages of documents, and all of that has done nothing to substantiate false Republican claims of a broader political conspiracy," Earnest said.

Investigations are always based on theories Dork. The issue is if they have found probable cause to investigate and charge.

It was kind of bizarre watching the “investigation” today. The democrats were treating the IRS as victims of oppression at the hands of those dirty tea partiers and the GOP.

Well, it’s no secret that the White House is actively involved in a criminal conspiracy to defraud the people of their constitutional rights and republican form of government. Obama admits to loathing the constitution and is doing all he possibly can to ignore it and the congress and run the country as a dictator. He and his unindicted co-conspirators should be brought up on RICO charges.

The IRS committee never cared to get to the truth, the democrat’s just wants to CYA, and the republicans just wants the political issue...IMO!
I watched several times when this IRS committee met, and sham is an inadequate description.
The conduct of these delay & obfuscation professionals almost sinks to the level of the infamous child who threw himself on the mercy on the court because he was an orphan, having murdered his parents.
