When the President was first elected, I pledged to wait from the day of his election--to his then swearing in--to begin critique of his public policy. I promised to do so because in the day of the first "post racial" President I felt it was a necessary discipline to criticize him on policy, actions, behaviors, and decisions rather than abstract arguments like birth certificates and "the President is a secret Muslim" conspiracies.

It’s magnanimous of McCulloch not to mention nominating tax cheats like Timothy Geithner to be Treasury Secretary and other scofflaws to other cabinet positions.
I noticed he didn’t mention the IRS targeting of conservatives and destruction of evidence. It seems like many on the right don’t want to talk about this anymore. There is evidence out there and we have to find it even if we have to pay an insider big money to betray obama, maybe even rinos.
Exactly. First you have to WIN ELECTIONS, only then you have a chance to push for your agenda. Republicans eat their own. Democrats seldom do that. That is why a democrat occupies the White House and democrats are majority in US Senate.
The occupant of the White House is extremely dangerous. He needs to be arrested for treason and kept confined and it should be immediate. Congress and state legislatures can, like S Dakota declare an opinion the he should be removed from office. Recall how it happened with Nixon. He was forced to resign.
A legitimate birth certificate where the Constitution requires a natural born citizen is irrelevant?

Why impeachment will NEVER happen:
1. No one has the courage to attempt impeachment.
2. Impeachment would ignite a race war.
3. China won’t allow the imperilment of its investment.
4. Economic collapse.

How about “When the criminal/crime was first identified, I pledged to wait from the day of his capture/commission—to his exoneration in a court of law—to begin the prosecution.”
Makes as much damn sense.
Even if Republicans take the Senate in November they will never impeach this man. Establishment Republicans will fear that impeachment will cost them the presidency in 2016. Politics is much more important to them than the good of the nation. The fact is Obama is untouchable for the next 2 years. He can and will do whatever he wants and no one is going to stop him.
Lets add to the list of possible indictable offenses:
1. Criminal corruption of Federal Government Departments including the Dept of Health and the IRS.
2. Theft of billions of dollars of taxpayer funds — giving them to unions (in takeovers of GM and Chrysler); organizing the SEIU to illegally try to shut down Wall St.; 0bama plying golf 150+ times on the taxpayer; taking extravagant vacations with many multiple security people to support AF1 and AF2; funding to terrorists (ISIS, al quaeda, Syrians etc.
3. Failure of the Justice Dept to enforce laws including US-foreign borders, immigration laws, laws governing marriage,
4. Illegal changes to laws including 0bamacare without Congressional votes.
This is the most corrupt administration in the past century and it needs to be stopped and held accountable.
Sadly, I agree with your assessment. It is now clear to me that the Republican Party is in collusion with the Democrats. And sadder still, they are more than willing to play the role of the Stupid Party as part of this collective agreement.
Obama, Biden, Holder and Kerry are lowly, sissy-cowards for using the lives of innocent children to ram through their Amnesty for Illegal Alien Invaders from Mexico Law.
As the truth comes out of Mexico, I predict that there will be many gory incidents of despicable brutality by Drug Gang Members as these innocent children traveled through the Drug Lord Gangs various territories.
At that time, Obama, Biden, Holder and Kerry should stand trial in the World Court for Illegal Human Trafficking of Children across International Borders.
