So, the priest asks questions to find out info like you stated when the sacrament of transubstantiation is over with, and communion is given to all who come forward?

If not, why would he give communion to someone such as her?

Perhaps the RCC needs to do a better job of stating just who is and who isn't Catholic, then.

If there are this many who are pro-Obama, pro-leftists, then I guess the number of Catholics that the Vatican touts is a tad too high... Lol.

How could any priest possibly know who is in a state of grace (or as near as possible) and who is not, among those who come forward for the Eucharist? It’s up to the individual to withhold themselves from partaking in the Sacrament. I’ve done it myself on many occasions when I knew I wasn’t ready. The Pelosis of the world are at fault here (ok, she’s an extreme example), not the Church. In the particular case of my sister, as I stated—she doesn’t go to Mass, ever.
