Who cares? Dem or Repub majority, the results will be frighteningly similar. The GOPe is Dem Lite. Even if Rs get the majority in the Senate, do you really think the party will mount an impeachment?

Yes. Oregon is another example where the Republicans had a good candidate and the RNC pushed through a candidate who won the primary and has already gone left. What’s better, a wolf you can see, or a wolf in sheeps clothing?

the only way for us to take over this party is to let all the RINOs lose in Nov

Quite possibly.

Looks like a strong early showing is fading in Michigan, Iowa’s Ernst has been targetted by the Des Moines Register for destruction, and the North Carolina race has a spoiler libertarian with the same pull as Sarvis.

Let’s see. Repukes win in SD, WV, and MT by default essentially, so they’d need three more.

I think Landfill and Pryor go, but I can’t see where they get the other seat from, and I can easily see Cochran or McConnell losing now (deservedly so). Begich seems comfortable in Alaska, and Virginia and NH aren’t happening.

At least Dems wont win Georgia. Thats a dead horse.

No, all around, I’d say Obama squeeks it out.

Thanks a lot GOP! You’ve proved you suck once again. Attack the base, be prepared to lose.

Due to the reactions I've seen , YES.

Folks saying they're Republicans have refused to vote for him, and some are even saying they'll actually vote for the Dem because of it.

Yes.
Party is lost, gone, dead to us.
Retaking the Senate may have been our last chance to rectify the situation peacefully.

I don't even care about impeachment - all I care is this country gets back on track to freedom and individual liberty and that won't happen unless we get back to the ideas of the TEA Party and the ideas on which this great Country was made. I've just about had it with politics - Republicans are no better - they're all crooks.

I would not be surprised if Cochran lost to a Democrat, because McDaniel supporters simply stayed home in November.

Now, whether the Dems taking Mississippi in November queers a GOP majority in the Senate ...?

I'm not up to speed on the likelihood of GOP gains in other states, and whether they (by themselves) would be enough to retake the Senate.

What difference does it make?

Seriously.

Name one of Ubama's policies that Milch McConnell opposes.

Milch has absolutely no intention of repealing Ubamacare.

He can't wait to pass amnesty, though Ubama's border attack makes it moot.

There is no difference. That's why they were so desperate to block McDaniel.

I don’t know if they lost the Senate... projections had them with a two-seat victory... but I think they just handed Mississippi to the Democrats. I think most of the base voters will just sit home. Mississippi forbids a write-in campaign, so, this was quite literally a conspiracy by the establishment to fix the candidate. I think base voters in MS are so disgusted at this point, they no longer care who wins.

I certainly wouldn’t vote for Cochran in the general after all the sleeze he and the GOPe pulled. Conspiring with Democrats to thwart the will of Republican primary voters, is just going too far.

I don’t know if it will cause the GOP to lose the Senate or not.

All I know, with definitive certainty, is that it doesn’t really matter whether the Dems or the GOP run things. It will just be the same den of corruption. The prospect of the GOP prevailing and taking over the Senate hardly seems any kind of goal to even bother to root for, at this point. To hell with them all.
