But I see now how one is clearly deluding themselves thinking that supporting conservatives results in support of conservatives. I’m about the same age. FWIW, I enjoyed voting for Ronald Reagan. I was still active duty when he finished up his final term, and I’ll tell you I choked up. I knew I was losing a leader, and that odds are I’d never see the same again.
Some aspects of GW Bush pleased me. His stubborn refusal not to defend himself, however, was not leadership. It injured the mission.

Let me clarify reality for you. The GOPe is a freeper term that exists on no ballot. Support for the GOP is support for the GOPe. No one at the RNC divides cash based on the e. So you either support the GOP, the Democrats or someone else.
You arent a Dem and oppose 3rd parties. That leaves the GOP which includes GOPe, like it or not.
