Dick Durbin: Obama to 'borrow' Constitutional power to rule on immigration

If House Republicans do not act on immigration in the way Barack Obama wants soon, then the president will simply "borrow" Congress' legislative powers and unilaterally rule on the issue, bypassing Congress once again, Sen. Dick Durbin, D-Ill., said Thursday.

This would be SUCH a transgression of legality that normal people (read - those who work and pay taxes) will rise up and it would be ugly.

Anytime a politician openly advocates for breaking the Constitution they should expect big trouble.

Bottom line - this clown isn’t even legally the president since he is guilty of fraudulent concealment (not even a US citizen fer cryin out loud), and “re-elected” by fraud. He ought to be frog-marched out of DC and left on a corner somewhere without his pen and his phone.

OK...my mistake. I had Obama in mind. It’s very sad, to see how mediocre the vast majority of our higher education sectors have become, isn’t it?
