SOURCE: Feds to Bring in Riot Squad Against Illegal Immigration Protesters
Breitbart ^ | July 6 2014 | Kristin Tate

HOUSTON, Texas--As illegal immigrants continue to spill across the U.S.-Mexico border, federal authorities are attempting to relocate the migrants from South Texas to housing facilities in states across the nation. One such facility is located in Murrieta, California, where a large group of protesters recently blocked a bus full of migrants from arriving. The protesters remain there, adamant that illegal immigrants don't get dumped in their town. But soon the concerned citizens may be forced to step down--Breitbart Texas has learned that federal agents plan to arrive in Murrieta on Monday with riot gear to ensure that another busload makes it to the housing facility.

Jeremy Oliver, a resident of Temecula, California--a town that neighbors Murrieta--told Breitbart Texas that local police officers warned the protesters that "it's going to get ugly."

Oliver said, "The feds are pissed that they haven't been able to use this facility. Officers out there warned people that federal agents will be in Murrieta on Monday--they are going to get the next bus through no matter what. Riot gear and shields will be used to push the crowd back."

John Henry, a Murrieta resident since 1991, was told the same thing by local officers.

"We're being told that federal Marshals or ICE will be here in the next few days and that they are bringing riot gear," Henry said. "They're apparently going to be blocking off the street with concrete blockades so that no vehicles can get through. The River County Sheriff's Department showed up last night and brought huge watch tower that shoots up into the air 35 feet."

On Friday, six protesters were arrested in Murrieta. One was apprehended for crossing "the yellow tape that blocked protesters from the Border Patrol station entrance," according to USA Today.

Henry expressed frustration at the fact that

Those that have been completely psychologically defeated and have given up can close the garage door and start the car.

No, it’s a sizeable facility. Border Patrol agents work out of there. They have the means to detain invaders they apprehend in their sector there, at least temporarily.

It’s been more than a few years since I’ve seen it. Chances are it’s been expanded.

The BP’s I remember there, the boots on the ground to resurrect the old term, were good people.

Back in PA, I am praying the Feds back down

I think you should add asset confiscation. Lots of paramilitary government out there in part created by the war on drugs. Use the same laws for criminal aliens. Give them 90 days (or whatever) to self deport. After the grace period, move on to asset confiscation to pay for the taxpayer drain and deportation system. Incentives always work better than dictates. Subsidize something (criminal aliens) and you get more of it. Tax something (border invasion) and you get less.

During the process of self-deportation, begin moving the government para-military groups (GPG) permanently to secure the border regions. Finally, pass laws against collective bargaining on the part of GPGs. This will ultimately result in workforce attrition.

I would assume that the Murrieta Border Patrol Station is federal property.

Murrieta Station
25762 Madison Avenue
Murrieta, California 92592
(951) 816-3000

If so, the city and state have no say over it. In the next few days, I’ll be looking into the laws regarding the lands on which Border Patrol stations sit.

Was it on federal land?

Good question. I just assumed it was since the Feds control so much land out west.

.02:

If something happens as a result of this, every silent Congressional Rep/Sen needs to pay dearly.

They’re at fault here for not doing something about this ‘Executive INACTION’ (not to mention the distinct signs the Progs have a hand in causing all of this)

My trust and faith is in our creator to move the hearts and minds of men to His will while we each do our part in co-operating with Him and the structures established which He along with our founders established. What we have today is not that!

FRiend, speak for yourself. I have the same trust and faith but see a different reality today than you, and see our role in HELPING the creator move the hearts and minds of men as pivotal.

Going on and on about how bad it is, despairing for your fellow Americans, reading the worst into their character, itemizing all that is wrong, is one thing.

Another thing is itemizing all that is on the other side of the balance sheet, looking ahead, and exploring ideas for leveraging it toward a solution. That will help move hearts and minds.

I think that's why they are shipping them out of Texas, since the feds have very little land in the State of Texas, outside of military reservations.

I trust all of you are aware that the feds already have drones positioned overhead out of sight ...

And, considering that he just got a green light from the SCOTUS that killing Americans w/o due process is perfectly legit, King Obama will waste no time in wasting every freedom-loving American at that protest ...

Then, as your bodies are assuming ambient temperature, his jack-booted thugs will plant weapons on all of your corpses ... which of course they will have fabricated film footage of you firing on them first as their proof ...

Next, the King’s willing dupes will accuse the silent dead of being domestic terrorists, which, of course, the Marxist Propaganda Media will broadcast over and over again to the football-mentality sheeple ...

Your deaths (murders) will be swept away and forgotten before the next election. Think I am joking? Take Waco and Ruby Ridge as your lesson.

Please let me know what you find out.

By just looking at the satellite photos of the address, it's a typical police station with office area and antenna. It does not appear to have housing facilities, and is across from some industrial storage areas. The mall, and town proper, are about a mile north.

It seems to me that simply having an office in the area does not give Obama jurisdiction to run roughshod over the town. It seems to me that the state of California, and the county, have jurisdiction. This is not like some BLM claim on vast tracts of unused and undesirable grazing land. This is a civic center in a county in a state.

Obama is acting as if all of the United States is the King's land.

An MRAP is easily defeated with a bucket of latex paint dropped on its windshield ... They cannot drive the thing if they cannot see out the bullet proof plexiglass. Similar use of “paint bombs” against the side windows ... And the crew of thugs inside is totally useless ... If they venture out of their steel box ... well, I should not need to tell you what you do next.

They don't have enough drones. They don't have enough Hell-fire missiles for those drones. And when word gets out, they don't have the operators and their families secure enough.

Get real, and lay off the doom and gloom. Defeatism supports the liberals.

There are over 330 million Americans across hundreds of thousands of miles of ground.

Did you see my post at 281? They have 40 acres at McAllen. (They’re working on a $500k renovation of a warehouse in McAllen to house 1000 or more unaccompanied minors.) I’m checking into what they have and where. I’ll post the info when I have it.

Wish Texas could cut off their electric, water, and gas.

The federal government had to change policies and had to pay a large settlement over Ruby Ridge. It didn't go all their way.

Defeatism is what the liberal want.
