Only thing I saw different this weekend is they didn’t nail the fireworks displays for the fines. Finally called apartment security at 2 AM to get the fireworks cut off for a bit.
I live here as well. It depends on what you mean by average. The ones most likely to be out on the blue flu are the ones that even the over-worked Memphis department might be better off losing. There is a bad subculture in part of that department and has been for years.
Then YOU double up on YOUR taxes, voluntarily to pay that rate. Show us the way.
