A state district judge ruled Tuesday that a 7-year-old Honduran girl who has been stuck in legal limbo since her mother was gunned down in January will be returned to her father in her native country this week.

Sheyli Galvez, who came to Houston illegally with her mother last year, was placed in the custody of Child Protective Services on Jan. 21 when her mother was killed.

One down, how many to go? Mom does not look like she came here to clean floors, I question who the gang banger in this family actually is.

I sound so mean, I’m very sorry this little girl’s mother was murdered, but I do not object to the idea she is best off with her own father.

And, er, Elian Gonzalez and all that too.

If you want this country to survive, you’d be glad and cheer every time we send them packing home.

I say that as a “Hispanic” (though the word has become bastardized by libs).

What I saw when I lived in Jalapeñoland back in the 90’s is coming here—it’s not a pretty picture either.

I’m all about reuniting families. What other way could the judge have ruled?
