CHENEY: Obama Is 'The Worst President Of My Lifetime' - Business Insider
BUSINESSINSIDER.COM ^ | 14 minutes ago | Colin Campbell

Posted on 07/15/2014 3:14:38 PM PDT by FreeAtlanta

Former Vice President Dick Cheney, who was born in 1941, thinks President Barack Obama is the country's worst commander-in-chief of his lifetime. "I think he is the worst president of my lifetime. I fundamentally disagree with him. I think he's doing a lot of things wrong," Cheney said Tuesday on CNN's "The Lead with Jake Tapper."

.....

"Jimmy Carter might have been a better president than Barack Obama, and I didn't think I'd ever say that," said Cheney.

“...Therefore their tolerance level for political B.S. is going to be much higher than the average office holder...”

There is a certain point where, in defense of yourself and in defense of what you love and hold dear, it becomes necessary to speak up and speak out against what is going on.

I had many political differences with W; that being said, I never - EVER - thought the man had anything but love, the deepest respect, and reverence for this Country, his office, and the traditions and culture that created and shaped us as a Nation and as a People.

The same can’t be said of this current critter.

One of my criticisms of W was that he DIDN’T face down the detractors - he let himself be savaged (as you said - and that is an appropriate term for it). While yes, it does speak to the classiness of the man that he didn’t talk smack back at them, still, there is a point where you need to defend yourself and your accomplishments.

History might be kinder to him; especially in retrospect of what came after him.

But we are here NOW, the Country and our People are being savaged by this admin, and I believe he should rise to the occasion and step up forcefully - like Cheney is doing.

Just my .02.

Carter was bad but he deregulated transportation and started the process of cutting taxes. He also at least appeared to have devout religious beliefs. The overall deficit under Carter was less than a trillion dollars too. Carter was bad, but he was much, much better than Obama.

RE Exploded:

Heheh... Imagine how many MORE of their heads would explode if Cheney threw his hat into the 2016 Presidential ring...

Talk about the “shot heard round the world...”

It would be the equivalent of lighting a match in an enclosed room full of flatulent sheep...

You were legendary in your hatred of Romney, as is certainly your right. But please tell us for whom you voted. After the nomination, the only way to stop Obama was to vote for Romney. So what did you do? 1 - vote for Romney 2 - vote 3rd party 3 - stay home. If your answer is 2 or 3, you helped contribute to Obama winning a second term. If that is the case, why are you complaining about Obama. You got what you wanted most -— you helped stop Romney. Come on, don’t be shy; answer the question. I understand why you are reluctant to answer. People will think you are a joke for complaining about Obama when you contributed to his election. To quote Adlai Stevenson - “I am prepared to wait for my answer until hell freezes over.”

Doug.
You are a sad sack defending the indefensible
backstabber of Sen. Thompson, Gov. Palin,
the speaker, and everyone who tried to expose Obama.

EVERYONE supported Romney after he wrongly
got the nod.
But Willard was a wimp. A failure.
As he was a Gov. In Massachusetts.
Romney was an abject idiot as a candidate,
except once for a moment in one debate.
And then, in flash, it was gone.
Romney was a loser that the People saw through.

Too bad you can't see that Romney threw the Elections
in BOTH 2008 and 2012.
Do you remember when McCain and Palin were ahead
and Romney THREW THE ELECTION?

Romney, working FOR Obama in 2008

Late in October, The American Spectator's The Prowler revealed:
"Former Mitt Romney presidential campaign staffers…
have been involved in spreading anti-Palin spin to reporters, seeking to diminish her standing after the election.
'Sarah Palin is a lightweight, she won't be the first, not even the third, person people will think of when it comes to 2012,'
says one former Romney aide…
'The only serious candidate ready to challenge to lead the Republican Party is Mitt Romney.
"Some former Romney aides were behind the recent leaks to media, including CNN, that Governor Sarah Palin was a 'diva' and was going off message intentionally."

The Palmetto Scoop reported: "One of the first stories to hit the national airwaves was
the claim of a major internal strife between close McCain aides and the folks handling his running mate Sarah Palin."
"I’m told by very good sources that this was indeed the case and that a rift had developed, but it was between Palin’s people and the staffers brought on from the failed presidential campaign of former Gov. Mitt Romney, not McCain aides."
"The sources said nearly 80 percent of Romney’s former staff was absorbed by McCain and these individuals were responsible for what amounts to a premeditated, last-minute sabotage of Palin."
… aides loyal to Romney inside the McCain campaign, said The Scoop, reportedly saw
that Palin would be a serious contender for the Republican nomination in 2012 or 2016, which made her a threat to another presidential quest by Romney.

"These staffers are now out trying to finish her off ….hoping it would ingratiate themselves with Mitt Romney."

"Who's the Palin Leaker from the McCain Campaign?
National Review Online The publication of a Vanity Fair profile of Sarah Palin
appears to have opened old wounds in the McCain campaign.
... the source of the “Diva” leak was Nicolle Wallace’s husband."

"Peeking Out From the McCain Wreckage: Mitt Romney"

"Someone's got to say it: IS MITT ROMNEY RESPONSIBLE FOR OBAMA'S VICTORY?"

"Vanity: Team Romney Sabotaged Palin and Continuing to Do So?"

"Romney Supporters Trashing Palin"

"Romney advisors sniping at Palin?"

Romney: "Obama was born in the United States"

Romney: "Obama Doesn’t Need a Birth Certificate"

Romney: "The citizenship test has been passed"

Obaba is doing for the USA what Lenin did for Russia.

Bush like other Republican Party RINO’s fails to oppose Obaba’s and the Dem’s transformation of the USA into the USSA.

> CHENEY:Obama Is ‘The Worst President Of My Lifetime’

I’m sure God would say the same thing.

Probably so since Obama worships Allah, the false demon god...

Anyone disagreeing with Cheney's statement is probably a candidate for a lobotomy.

All those who advocated as he did are complicit in everything the bamster has done, there are a lot of them here and they are loud. They’ve all got blood on their hands, every one.

It’s unlikely he will step up now, I’d love him to do so, and he really should.

Jimmy Carter was the worst American President

Obama is much worse than Carter , but in reality he qualifies as an anti-President, not as an American President in the conventional sense or one who is concerned with promoting the country as opposed to tearing the country down.

the guy don’t say squat. If GW could actually speak, he would be remembered as a very good President. Because he couldn't speak when it was necessary, he wasn't a good President, merely the best of a bad lot of RINOs whose legacy is Obama.
