The front line U.S. Border Patrol agents are essentially refusing to perform any unconstitutional act upon the protesters, and they let their intentions be known to their superiors.

In regards to historic news event in Murrieta, you believe the rank and file refusing orders and conducting a "virtual mutiny" was all kept secret?
You believe some unknown person who alleged it was NOT the protesters who turned the buses around when they spent days out there, standing in front of buses in the middle of the highway?
You believe it was actually the border patrol who turned those buses around, not all those people in the streets and then all this was kept totally top secret?

No, but I do believe that it was possible the DHS troops never arrived because they would have had to stand alone against the protestors. I do believe that it was possible the BP agents refused to use thug tactics against the American protestors.
