Illinois Governor Pat Quinn (D) is supporting statewide "restrictions" on .50 caliber rifles and bans on "assault weapon" and "high capacity" magazines because of the violence in heavily gun-controlled Chicago.

So, does this mean there are no laws today in Chicago against injuring or killing another person? When they make gunz illegal, all this killing will stop because there will finally be a law against it? /s
Will they pass laws against rocks, sticks, knives, chainsaws, hammers, etc.?
If they would ban even larger caliber, that would really stop the bad guys. Should go after 20mm and 40mm cannon as well.
99% of Chicago’s problems could be solved with one simple societal change:
Women, require men to marry you before getting sex.
How about sending in the national guard or military troops to the southside and implementing night time curfews? I don’t care if the people there whine about their loss of freedom and being in a lockdown mode. The rest of America and, for that matter, the folks in the other parts of Chicago are sick of that area being turned into an American Beirut and Baghdad.
