Two top government watchdogs in Washington D.C. slammed a key aide to Secretary of State John Kerry for using a private Gmail account to conduct official government business, calling it the worst possible practice in trying to maintain transparency and speculating whether this was how the Benghazi talking points were developed.
The Daily Caller reported on Monday that Glen Johnson, a strategic communications advisor to Kerry, fabricated a claim about the number of times Kerry appeared on Fox News Sunday while attempting to force TheDC to change a report which said that the secretary had shut out Fox News reporter Chris Wallace from interviews.
Johnson used his personal Gmail account to contact TheDC, though he did also forward the initial email to his government address. As deputy assistant secretary of public affairs, corresponding with journalists counts as Johnsons official government business. Johnson also signed the first email with his official title.

Wonder Lois Lerner used a Gmail account?
or “How Gmail Became GEE MAIL.....”!
Does Google source their hard drives from the same place as does the IRS?
Of course these people use private email and text when communicating anything politically sensitive. That should be investigated in and of itself. They are supposed to use government email and text for official business.
Maybe so... but when you’re talking about “O” appointees so stupid and irresponsible they are all but brain dead, the rules are incidental! :)

Another question is whether Lois Lerner used a third-party email accountfor example, a Gmail or Yahoo! account. If so, was she conducting official IRS business using this account? It is a worthy question, if you ask me, considering former EPA chief Lisa Jackson was forced to resign after it was discovered she was using a third-party email account to conduct official EPA business under the moniker Richard Windsor.

Google reported Tuesday that law enforcement and courts in the United States made nearly 8,000 requests for user information in the first half of 2012 from all of Googles products including Gmail, search, Google Docs, etc. The number of requests from the American law enforcement alone jumped 26 percent from the previous six months, when 6,321 requests were made.
Government officials wanted information on 16,281 accounts, Google said, and Google complied roughly 90 percent of the time.

If the government sends Google a preservation order a stipulation requiring a company to preserve data, even if its not yet signed by a judge then Google can be forced to retain future records for that account, he said.
Look at what LL said when she learned that instant messaging was not kept or searched for freedom of information requests.
They are crooks and hopefully one or two really smoking gun emails will show up in a search of White house email records. History is going to show that the Big Zero was corrupt beyond belief as well as incompetent.
In the days before talking points, wasn’t it called “a lie”?
People at the EPA did the same. duh A person would think they would figure the O admin out by now.
Obama admin sure starting to look corrupt and deceitful. /sarc lol
They should fire the whole lot of them.....
