Border Crisis: A new report shows the vast majority of unaccompanied minors aren't unaccompanied at all, have family members inside the U.S., are not victims of human trafficking and thus can be deported immediately.
Rep. Luis Gutierrez of Illinois and other Democrats have repeatedly made the argument that Republicans shouldn't complain about the current border invasion since it was a 2008 law that automatically entitles minors from noncontiguous countries to asylum hearings before they face deportation.
Gutierrez and his liberal colleagues in Congress and the media should read the law to find out what's in it.
As the Center for Immigration Studies (CIS) points out in a recent report, under the definition of what constitutes an unaccompanied child (UAC) in the William Wilberforce Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act of 2008, most children from countries other than Canada or Mexico do not qualify to stay here while they await a hearing

Why didn’t the republicans find this out. Are they trusting obama or the media on details instead of reading it themselves? That’s as bad as nazi Pelosi.
Seems disingenuous since several of these photos were not even taken in the U.S. and the individuals certainly are not part of the current wave of immigrants. Is it necessary to put up exaggerated caricatures rather than the simple argument that illegal entry is illegal?
In this situation, where you have hundreds of thousands, literally, of people coming across the border and you're only catching a small fraction, if you're not telling the public that 80-90 percent of what's coming across the border is not being apprehended and you're putting their focus on this ten percent that is being apprehended only showing them the one percent that are six-, eight-, ten-years-old and appeal to the compassion of the American people and not show them the people with these serious communicable diseases, the fact that they are known gang members. They have the gang tats all over them. Because they do not have a conviction in the United States, they're turned loose free in the United States.

That’s what I have been saying from day 1. I actually read part of the law. The law is about trafficking not people coming here on their own. As usual the Dems have twisted the law to mean what they want it to mean and everyone reports it as truth.
