If Texas wants to save itself from the train wreck that is California, they need to start cutting every form of non-retirement entitlement in order to drive the non-working class parasites out of the state to the more generous states, like California.

I don’t know what it is like today, but for generations, Texas was famous for lousy welfare, while I witnessed people moving to California for the welfare, as long ago as the 1960s.
