The body of a male adolescent was found Sunday night in the wheel-well of a U.S. Air Force C-130 at Ramstein Air Force Base in Germany after the plane had arrived from a flight that originated in Mali... The aircraft had made one other stop in Africa and another in Sigonella, Italy, before arriving at Ramstein, Kirby said. It's unclear whether this child was a stowaway or where the child had boarded the plane.

Was he supposed to be aboard the aircraft? No! Therefore, he was a stowaway. Case closed.
Could’ve easily been a suicide bomber in flight over a populated area... Hey, bad guys.. HERE’S YOUR EASY TARGET!!!!!!!!!!!
It was an airplane, not a lark. Larks are too small to transport humans.
I’d like to know what the other stop was in light of the Ebola epidemic. Probably none of my business though. In fact the whole story might be denied in short order.
The disturbing thing was that he was a stowaway on a MILITARY AIRCRAFT. What the heck is going in with their security there?

Don’t know if it’s true or not but I heard on the radio the child was infectious. They didn’t say with what.

The way things are nowadays, some enterprising lawyer may initiate a lawsuit over the fact that the boy died. Why wasn’t the wheel well sealed and pressurized to corotect him from the cold and thin atmosphere at high altitudes? Was the plane an attractive nuisance in legal terms? Was security at the airfield inadequate to keep out people wandering in such as this boy???
How did he get access to one of our military planes unnoticed?
If he was a terrorist how many bombs could he have planted aboard planes?
This is a serious lapse in security.
I was writing a story and I needed an acronym for a small wheeled/tracked armed robot drone. Maybe for WOLVES if possible.
I was only discussing whether or not he was a stowaway. That case is closed. However, other issues need to be investigated and resolved; therefore, they are still open.
African Swallows are not migratory.
They did say he was tested and was positive..
