Ruth Bader Ginsburg Accuses Pro-Hobby Lobby SCOTUS Judges of Being Sexist

Apparently the phony “war on women” has made its way to the Supreme Court. Upset by the fact that a majority of the justices on the high court ruled in favor of Hobby Lobby’s religious freedoms, Ruth Bader Ginsburg is now accusing them of being sexist.

In a new interview with pro-abortion media icon Katie Couric, Ginsburg lashes out at her colleagues and claims they have a “blind spot” towards women because they decided that Hobby Lobby should not be forced to pay for drugs that cause abortions for their employees.

Never mind that polls show a majority of women oppose the pro-abortion HHS mandate the Obama administration wanted Hobby Lobby to obey.

Moreover, Ginsburg likens her dissent in the case to the dissent in the Supreme Court decision fostering racial discrimination against minorities. In other words, Ginsburg thinks their purported anti-woman views put the pro-Hobby Lobby justices in the same league as the racist views the Supreme Court fostered well over a century ago.

Here’s more:

In an interview with Katie Couric released on Thursday, Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg put an optimistic spin on the legacy of high-profile decisions like Hobby Lobby and Citizens United. “We have a great tradition in our country: Justices who disagree with the court’s opinion explaining why they disagree. Many of those dissents are now unquestionably the law of the land,” she said, citing the dissent in Plessy v. Ferguson, the 1896 Supreme Court decision upholding state laws that racially segregated public facilities.

On Hobby Lobby, and her scathing 35-page dissent, Ginsburg said her male colleagues have a “blind spot” when it comes to women. “Do you believe that the five male justices truly understood the ramifications of their decision?” Couric asked Ginsburg. “I would have to say no,” she replied.

Ginsburg again ended her thought on a positive. “But justices continue to think and can change,” she continued. “I am ever hopeful that if the court has a blind spot today, its eyes will be open tomorrow.”

And as for the calls for her to retire? RBG wants the public to STFU.

“All I can say is that I am still here and likely to remain for a while,” she said.

WayneS accuses Ruth Bader Ginsberg of being a pro-totalitarian, activist judge.

She has been a member of The Supreme Court, for how many years, and she is just NOW coming out with this psychobabblic drivel?!?!?!

On another news source, she was asked if she would leave, and she said, very directly, I’m not leaving.

By the title of your position, only, I say:
Your Honor, go stuff yourself!

And think about it, this is over the isolated issue of whether a religious employer has to provide their employees with abortion pills.

The women can get their own abortion pills. It’s ridiculous, but Ginzburg is an ultra leftist.

Interestingly, she supposedly opposes Roe v. Wade, and would have left abortion up to the states. But she also says this is because Roe created something for conservatives to rally against. She sounds like a complete liberal hack, not a jurist.

She is an activist judge and I hope she lives to 2017.

Not surprising to me in the least.

This woman is, IMHO, not what we would traditionally calla “Judge.”

She is an absolute activist who wants to fashion the country into an image after her own progressive making.

Her dissent is chock full of liberal psyco-babble.

“She is an activist judge and I hope she lives to 2017.”

I agree! Can you imagine obama would replace her with? And how long that replacement would be on the Court?

Give her an abortifacient, and let’s be done with her.

What an absolute waste.

She is obsessed with abortion rights of every kind. I always remember that when Slick Willie introduced here as his nominees that one of here first statements was: “A woman can never be equal to a man without the right to choose.”

Obsessed.

The females in SCOTUS have their brains hardwired this way. Isn’t that how they got there in the first place?

These are women who are “accomplished” in man’s business and legal world but generally not accomplished in the woman’s world of loving their family, building a home-front, and raising children who will run the next generation. They’ve been deceived into thinking that pushing papers around is more important than loving and building for the present and the future. Don’t these women generally hate God’s setup of the man being the head and the female role of fitting into a man’s plans, whereby she honors and obeys her husband, loves her children, creates a beautiful home and her husband loves and provides for her?

Isn’t this “mutiny from stern to bow” as Bob Dylan once put it? In order pull off this mutiny, haven’t women had to set aside their soft, feminine nature and become hardened and mannish? And in all of this isn’t there something else that is very true and not often mentioned: that the woman tends to be deceived outside her God-given role and protection of the man (1 Tim 2:12-15)? And aren’t men going along with all this nonsense just like Adam went along with Eve?

In these last days, the whole world is turning from God and mankind resorting back to their natural weaknesses and tendencies. We’re seeing a widespread “Adam and Eve redux”

Not popular in this day and age. But the truth, not popular culture or fiction, is what will help us and heal us and set us free.

Projecting, Justice Ginsburg? Could it be she who has the ‘blind spot?’
