Terror study group finds “sovereign citizens”, “militia/patriot groups” among greatest threat to US

The nation’s law enforcement agencies, from local cops all the way to the Department of Homeland Security, are always on the lookout for terrorist threats, and that includes at home as well as in far flung deserts and mountains. And they’re collecting data on all sorts of groups. What may come as a surprise is that, if you’re a regular reader of Hot Air or many other similar outlets, you might be one of the people they are watching! A new report this summer from a group of university analysts has identified the chief concerns of law enforcement agents at all levels, and some of them might surprise you. (A hat tip for locating this report goes to Crooks and Liars who apparently discovered it.)

First, law enforcement perceptions about what is a serious threat in their community has changed significantly over time. Law enforcement is much more concerned about sovereign citizens, Islamic extremists, and militia/patriot group members compared to the fringe groups of the far right, including Christian Identity believers, reconstructed traditionalists (i.e., Odinists), idiosyncratic sectarians (i.e., survivalists), and members of doomsday cults. In fact, sovereign citizens were the top concern of law enforcement, but the concern about whether most groups were a serious terrorist threat actually declined for most groups (e.g., the KKK; Christian Identity; Neo-Nazis; Racist Skinheads; Extremist Environmentalists; Extreme Animal Rights Extremists).

Wow. There’s a lot to wrap your head around just in that one paragraph from the Executive Summary portion of the report. It would seem that militia/patriot groups are up on the top shelf with Islamic extremists. Also interesting are the groups who are identified as “fringe” while not getting top billing. Who knew that Christian Identity believers made the cut?

KEY part of this article:

As you prepare to figure out whether or not you’re on the terror watch list, it’s important to remember just what this report is and is not. While the name “Homeland Security” is all over it, the report does not come from DHS. It was prepared by a group of university professors and was submitted to Homeland Security for consideration.

REALITY CHECK---THIS NEEDS TO GO VIRAL:
Obama rubber-stamper Leon Rodriguez, an attorney, oversees the legitimization of the border swarm. Moreover, Rodriguez administers EB-5 visas as head of UCIS (A DHS agency).....Eb-5's are said to involve major threats to US national security.

===============================================

BACKSTORY In an earlier statement----citing a Homeland Security Investigations memo----Sen Charles Grassley said the oversight federal agency ICE identified key vulnerabilities in EB-5 visas:

1) Export of sensitive technology/economic espionage.

2) Use by foreign government agents/espionage.

3) Use by terrorists.

4) Investment fraud by regional center.

5) Investment fraud by investors.

6) Fraud conspiracies by investors and regional center.

7) Illicit finance/money laundering.

==================================================

Rodriquez is the fourth consecutive Cuban-American to hold the UCIS job. The first two, under the George W. Bush administration, were Eduardo Aguirre and Emilio Gonzalez, both born in Cuba. Rodriguez was born to then-recent Cuban emigrants in Brooklyn...a fact unreported by the media.

After serving as an assistant district attorney in Brooklyn (a state, not a federal position), Rodriquez moved to the U.S. attorney's staff in Pittsburgh, winding up as the first assistant there. He also was in private practice, and from 2007 through 2010 he was the County Attorney for Montgomery County, Md., a Democratic stronghold. He held political positions in the Obama Justice and DHHS departments before his current nomination.

According to reporting by Kenric Ward, Washington correspondent for WatchDog.org, Rodriguez' nomination faced Republican opposition for this position, as it did three years earlier when Obama nominated him to be head of the Wage-Hour Administration in the Labor Department, only to withdraw the nomination later.

Rodriguez was a board member of Casa Maryland---a latino-centric advocacy group---pushing for unlimited immigration, and has connections to nationwide immigrant groups.

=================================================

ACTION--CONTACT FBI TIPS PAGE WEB SITE---https://tips.fbi.gov

<><> Taxpayers demand Rodriguez, UCIS, the Congressional Hispanic Caucus, La Raza, and other tax-funded latino groups, be investigated--- supboena official filings, phone records, emails, snail mail copies, hard drives, bank accounts, checking accounts, credit cards, debit cards, wire transfers, social media contacts, and the like.

<><> TAXPAYERS demand to know who they're communicating with, and who is directing their activities.

<><> Taxpayers demand to know which members of these tax-funded groups belong to violent latino organizations advocating the overthrow of the US govt.

==============================================

Vote-crazed Obama bas been reduced to being a Third World flunky.....setting up the USA big time.....doing the bidding of the barbarians in exchange for votes.

Obama's lips are pressed firmly on the Turd World behind. Money is changing hands sub rosa....foreign aid, extortion, kickbacks, money-laundering are in the mix.

Obama's actions speak louder than words----the wholesale collusion and conspiring w/ the Turd World to facilitate the overthrow of the US govt:

<><>sending them our tax dollars and resources to help violate our borders,
<><>chartering buses and planes to dump them on unsuspecting towns,
<><> secret WH meetings to get more new Democrat voters across the border,
<><> registering the multiple identities w/ the DNC,
<><> giving barbarians free rides on the US gravy train (in exchange for votes).

(Study prepared by) “a group of university analysts”
If they are Bill Ayers-type academics, I would be unhappy if I were not on the list.
Oui, I break wind in their general direction. They are wipers of animal food troughs and they may boil their bottoms, I care not.

The sovereign citizens are fruit loops and should never be confused with militia/patriots. We have about as much in common with them as the Amish have in common with muslims.

“Militia/patriot groups” are the US.

They only thing they are a threat to are the enemies of the Republic.

Intellectuals and Society -

“One of the most surprising aspects of this study is how often intellectuals have been proved not only wrong, but grossly and disastrously wrong in their prescriptions for the ills of society—and how little their views have changed in response to empirical evidence of the disasters entailed by those views.”

Pretty much sums it all up & one of the primary reasons this country is now in such horrible shape.

I’ll consider myself a success when I truely characterize and represent the greatest threat to this government.

I would not be surprised if a selection criteria used was the likelihood to be armed. Given that most of this current generation of academics regard anyone within 100 feet of a firearm as being the next step to criminal, the rest falls into place as “dangerous to the Nation!”

Of course that puts a whole lot of people into that bucket including me before that boat accident. Wonder what use the DHS will make of this study?
