“Full of promise?” Where in the hell would that be? Ebola, HIV, malaria, dengue, starvation, dysentery, witchcraft, etc. The small country of Belgium has a bigger economy then ALL of Sub-Saharan Africa.

“And he offered a toast to “the new Africa, the Africa that is rising and so full of promise.”

Did they all start laughing at that point?

‘Our African family’. Part of the family was being rounded up and sold into slavery, while Obama’s ancestors were part of the east African Arab group that rounded them up.

I wonder if things ever get awkward at these family reunions, say, a west African shouts, “Obama you ____! Your great, great grandfather sold my great, great uncle to the French, I hate you.”

Mayhap one of them is an Ebola carrier and has hay fever.

Obama wasted little time highlighting his own personal connection to Africa during a brief toast.

I do think of Obama as a strain of a dangerous virus.

Black History Month: When black people get mad at white people for half of their relatives selling the other half into slavery.

I read that those African leaders were screened for Ebola. (Unfortunately, that probably means that Reggie has been tested for viruses and was negative, too.)

I also stand before you as the son of a man from Africa,” Obama said drawing applause. “The blood of Africa runs through our family, so for us, the bonds between our countries, our continents are deeply personal.”

****************************

I think Obola needs to go back to Africa for a family reunion ..... anytime would be just fine.

I’d say “sickle cell anemia” too, but I doubt that he’s black enough to suffer from that malady.

The White Hut served its 400+ guests more of that taxpayer-funded $100/lb. Wagyu beef. Assuming a modest 8 ounces per person, that’s over $20,000 just for the entrée.

What, bush meat isn’t good enough for Hussein’s African relations?

But we are certain he has the "hammer and sickle" cell.
