I would far rather have an Enemy in front of me than a traitor behind my back.

Excellent point.

I agree with the post far above: Republicans taking the Senate will not change anything. The only difference will be, it will be Democrats, instead of Republicans, in the Senate who block everything. No bills will make it to Obama to have to veto.

If they had the balls to actually Impeach the bastard? Then it would be important. But, they don't... so, what difference will it make? We'll just lose the Senate again in 2016, when all the Tea Party wave senators have to run against the national GIVE-ME-MORE party tide.

Treason is a given in that district. No reason to join the communist party because you are angry with the moderates. Not voting is one thing, voting for a democrat is cause for self immolation.

McConnell made huge media buys to blanket Northern Kentucky — Newport, Covington — out of Cincinnati, the source of the major broadcasting in our area. So, I was treated to round the clock advertisements against Matt Bevin, the conservative opponent to McConnell in the primary.

McConnell seems to be pulling a Romney. Occasionally, I hear a McConnell add against Grimes. What in the world is the strategy these guys use that says you let up when it comes to attacking the democrat?

They are just not very smart, nor are they nice, nor are they principled. They are power hungry b_stards.

It's explained here:

You may trust Obama, but I damn sure don’t.

You keep posting things like this. Where are you getting it? When did anyone say they “trust Obama?”

Nobody here trusts Obama; Nobody here even likes Obama. But there seems to be a gathering of GOPe-groupies who melt down when the RINOs are dissed.

No, there were more than 2 candidates on my ballot. I didn’t vote for a liberal.

I “held my nose” for the last two presidential elections. But I’ll never do it again.

During ‘08, I had a conversation with some fellow SNCOs. We pretty much agreed that in best case scenario McCain would get elected and die soon after, leaving Palin as President. Yeah, wishful thinking in the extreme. I voted with a provisional ballot because my absentee ballot from Michigan never showed up. I’m sure someone put it to good use...

During ‘12 I voted for Paul Ryan and the other guy on the GOP ticket.

We went along with the establishment for two Presidential cycles as well as multiple Legislative Branch races.

It’s clear they think we’re a bunch of trained idiots who only take our fingers out of our noses long enough to pull the lever for them. They’ve long forgotten who they work for.

If we keep going on like this we deserve what we get.

I direct your attention to the “Gang of 8” which is also a minority. Yet that gang of 8 manages to control what the rest of the Republican Senators do. Do you know how? They vote with the Democrats often enough to make the rest understand that they better cater to that “gang of 8”.

I’ve no doubt that if the democrats needed a few votes to pass Obamacare “Maverick” McCain and his “Gang of Eight” would have come to the rescue.

They don’t represent us. They think they own us. They do if you let them.

Why don’t you comprehend that not voting for McConnell and voting for s democrat are horses of a different color? Are you color blind?

It’s the same song every election cycle. “If you don’t vote for this lizard, the wrong lizards will be in office.”

Your masters sent us “racist” conservatives a message. Go take the issue up with them and get back to me. mkay?

What’s it like living in that echo chamber?

Several on this website have said they would vote dem out of spite. I wasn’t among them. I won’t vote democrat.

All I said is I wouldn’t vote for McConnell, Cornyn nor Cochran.

They wouldn’t want my vote anyway because they think I’m a racist.

I’m no “Uber-Republicrat” like you. I bet if Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid ran for president on the GOPe ticket you’d crawl over broken glass and through raw sewerage to pull the handle for them.
