Hoping that conservative Republicans take over that state, then shut down the division of civil rights, etc..

This is tyranny!

A legal point that I have not heard very much in these “discrimination” cases is the 1st Amendment’s freedom to assembly which also incorporates the freedom to NOT assemble.

Doesn’t a business have the right to establish a dress code?

No shoes, no shirt etc....

A gay man dressed in drag... there’s some serious psychological issues further compounded by gender confusion. I can see another letter added to LGBT

Depends upon the strength of an interested pressure group and a compliant government and judiciary. In the aftermath of the 1964 Civil Rights Act and its continuing permutations, the law of unintended consequences has rendered the right of free association almost meaningless whenever or wherever there is any hint of public access or residence.

How is it that nightclubs get away with only allowing certain people to enter based on the whim of the doorman?

Seems "Bears" don't like sissy bois. ...who knew?

"[T]he Respondent caters to a gay subculture known as "Bears," which are bisexual or gay males which tend to place importance on presenting a hypermasculine image and often shun interaction with men who exhibit effeminacy. This is evident from the pictures and statements made by employees regarding the "Bear" culture of the club and several links on the Respondent's webpage referencing "Bear" clubs … ."
