The fifth night of demonstrations in support of gunned down Ferguson, Missouri teen Michael Brown saw scores of protesters marching through the streets of New York in a vigil that culminated in Times Square Thursday night.
Tensions flared as some protestors attempted to shove their way through a police barricade set up in their path toward the beating heart of the city.
Police held their own and tempers soon calmed, but as night gripped New York, the already congested Times Square ground to a halt as thousands flowed into the streets to demand an end to police brutality and militarization and justice for 18-year-old Brown.

I think the Obama operatives have thought of that and they are not going allow a defeat at the ballot box. Millions of illegal aliens are going to vote and states are going to be prevented from checking IDs and determining legal status to vote.

If Obama can’t stuff the ballot boxes, then he will cancel the election by declaring martial law ( Insurrection Act)and cancelling the election because “minorities “are prevented from voting due to violence, or some such excuse. The UN elections commission will assist Obama in this.

Unfortunately, the suburbs themselves are being ruined by job losses coupled with high taxes. Here in NJ, Trenton has run out of money to re-distribute to the cities, and everything is deteriorating. When Newark NJ laid off 160+ cops a few years ago at a time of record shootings, the writing was on the wall: There was no state aid left to save those jobs.
Depressing to watch; “For Sale” signs in front of many homes, and many businesses shuttered up.
If it continues, the massive BosWash will implode.

This is about the Dems playing this up to get their base out to vote in the upcoming elections.
The cops are being used by the black panthers, Sharpton, the left , the socialist, communists, the cop haters, and the Dems as an excuse.

I’m not even American and I don’t view what Lincoln did as great or anything. He ruined a great Republic. He went for central control.
The union army “liberated” a lot of blacks to then force them into service. That’s why so many were trying to escape into Canada.
As for these riots...it has to start to sometime, and if it has to happen, let it happen sooner than later, so we can have a chance to right the ship. Everyone knows trouble is coming, and I’m one who hates waiting for it.
Is that satire or were there REALLY “thousands marching” in Time Square? Perhaps to be more precise, these “marchers” were commuters getting off work around 5:00 PM? We all know the media has a way with words, its called "distortion".
I agree that peacefully demonstrating against militarization of police may not be a bad thing if it can change behaviors. Blacks are not the only victims of a warrior culture by some that needs reigned in. My belief in this has changed over recent years. I do not want to live in a country where citizens are seen as the enemy.

I think white neighborhoods, specifically suburbia are about to be targeted.
For them, this would be a bridge too far.
