Im going to call this the J J Video because a sharp Treeper catches the background conversation within a video of the Mike Brown shooting scene. The video was uploaded by a U-Tube account Black Canseco.
The video was taken in the aftermath of the shooting, and judging from the comments attributed to the uploader -although he was not a direct witness- he felt the video was affirmational toward Mike Brown and the anti-police narrative.

“true facts look like the officer was justified in using deadly force”
Nope.
He has already been convicted by the media.
An officer shooting him with his hands up while he was on the ground? That sounds like an outright lie to me...
> Lights out I when the round pops thru the forehead, no need for additional
When you’re in a fire fight adrenaline takes over. You don’t know where they were hit until until it stops.
But is it true —
The guy states it matter of factly and no one challenges him.
And we have 3 other witnesses to date saying the same thing who have given their statements to the police.
BTW have you seen the size of the officer>>>
Mike Brown is big but the officer is just as big maybe even bigger.
Is this a cynical democRAT attempt to get out the vote in November?
If the 18 y.o. thug had some how gotten hold of the cops pistol and killed him with it, it would still be the cops fault. That’s what the media, justice dept, and the “white hozse” wants.
He has already been convicted by the media.>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
The media is still not judge and jury.....yet.
If it is, we will soon be in a civil war and Obama will declare martial law.
And thats a war that cannot be won by the left and they know it.
The cop doesn’t look very big to me.
Without comparing this guy’s claim to the claims of others there’s not much proof that the speaker witnessed anything. When I served on a jury in a shooting case - though no one actually got hit and all involved were white - the witnesses gave conflicting testimony, some of them definitely inflating their involvement in events while others were clearly repeating what witnesses had discussed together before the cops arrived, because from their positions not all of them could have seen all of the events as they described them ...yet all of them claimed they had, and may even have believed it, because in all the excitement and alcohol they just absorbed what they heard in the aftermath. We had to filter out the ones who had vehicles or trees in the way at different times.
This is a local video right after the incident:

Really???
So then the captain giving him the award here is what — a midget???
“This indicates that he was high on something like Chrystal Meth, anyone not stoned would have stopped cold after taking even a wounding round.”
Dear Lord God, how can you possibly believe that? The mind simply boggles.
Guns are not magic wands. You don’t wave them at someone and say the magic word “BANG” and expect the fight to end.
Death due to gunshot wound is usually the result of exsanguination or air embolism, with pneumothorax/hemothorax being common as well. All of which can take a good long while to incapacitate someone. There’s enough oxygenated blood in the brain to potentially allow conscious action for several seconds even after something as severe as decapitation.
So, barring an incredibly lucky hit on key portions of the central nervous system (which is a hell of a lot smaller target than most people realize), even a LETHAL gunshot wound is likely going to leave an alert, conscious, mobile person with sufficient ability to continue action for many seconds, and often many minutes. Blood loss and air entry take a good while to end a fight.
In the middle of a fight, with adrenalin flowing, it’s not unheard of for someone who has been shot to not even notice a gunshot that causes purely soft tissue damage. Even something that hits a good chunk of bone can go unnoticed until a person realizes that a limb isn’t working right. I’ve listened to one fellow describe how he first became conscious of the fact that he’d had a finger shot off by the realization that it was suddenly much more difficult to properly grip his firearm and return fire.
You don’t need drugs to keep fighting, most people do it because they’re in the middle of a fight and the only way to end the fight is to keep fighting — that and the fact that gunshots are not magic fight-stoppers.
To the best of my recollection, every shooting I’ve had personal experience with involved multiple shots and a good length of time between the first hit and the end of the fight. I’ve yet to see someone just DRT (dead right there), most often there’s some running or fighting going on for a while. Seen a fellow with a nice lethal center-mass shot, and a wound right through the neck, that still managed to beat the crap out of the guy shooting him. Hell, even suicides can often require multiple shots. And no, drugs weren’t a player in those events I mentioned.
The fight doesn’t end just because you’ve been shot. The fight keeps going until someone leaks enough to lose consciousness or chickens out. If you’re in arm’s reach, chances are you’re going to be beat and/or stabbed while the shooting is going on. That’s how this works.
As for drugs... seriously, you don’t even know the first thing about that topic either.
And they should be hated for it. People will get hurt, some may die. Property damaged. And all because these provocateurs are looking for limelight and cash.
touch a nerve did I?
LOL.
All the people in the video weren't eyewitnesses to the shooting, but there's one off camera conversation taking place with someone who was. The raw narrative that witness tells corroborates important aspects of the second person account given by a friend of the officer involved.
You’re right —
But Sundance at the CTH posted the video and yet he selectively hears what he wants to hear while the guy in the foreground who is identifiable through this video speaks matter of factly — not angrily and not with wild accusations.
But Sundance ignores his words and evaluation of the scene in favor of some voice in the background that does not say what he claims he said.
Where are the evaluation skills that FR used to have???
And at the 8 minute mark a guy says that there were 8 shots in bursts of 4 and 4.
Why is Sundance conveniently ignoring that voice.
It seems that Sundance is stuck on stupid.
The free sh*t army is less than 14% of the population. They vastly overestimate their influence.
