The “JJ Witness Video” – Eye Witness Audio of Mike Brown States: “Brown Doubled Back Toward POlice”…
The Conservative Treehouse ^ | 8/15/2014 | sundance

I’m going to call this the “J J Video” because a sharp Treeper catches the background conversation within a video of the Mike Brown shooting scene. The video was uploaded by a U-Tube account “Black Canseco“.

The video was taken in the aftermath of the shooting, and judging from the comments attributed to the uploader -although he was not a direct witness- he felt the video was affirmational toward Mike Brown and the anti-police narrative.

The cop looks to be taller than the dead guy — so that might have been a little hard to do.

Notice that we have the size of the dead guy 6’4” and 292lbs but nothing on the size of the cop and yet from his pictures he towers over Captain Jackson.

Because Saint Mike had already proven he was willing to do anything to take out the cop.

Anything being what???

did he pull a knife???

did he attack him with a cigar???

It appears to have been a mano to mano wrestling match between evenly sized opponents that did not require a gun to be brought into it.

Brown broke off and ran away from it.

Why chase him down and shoot then???

Where was his tazer or baton or back-up???

If the cop was still afraid for his life then get in the SUV, roll-up the window, and lock the door, and call in the report to dispatch, and wait for back-up.

Anything being what???

Anything being that Saint Mike was WILLING to take the cops gun away from him. He had JUST tried after attacking and assaulting the cop BEFORE the cop got out of his vehicle.

If the cop was still afraid for his life then get in the SUV, roll-up the window, and lock the door, and call in the report to dispatch, and wait for back-up.

I don't know the cops state of mind. But likely he was concerned for the public. A large man had just violently attacked him, tried to get his gun and was now trying to escape into the general public. That's not the behavior of a sane, civilized, rational person. We KNOW that Saint Mike had JUST robbed a store and assaulted the owner. The cop either didn't know that or DID know that...either way it would have been a dereliction of duty to let the guy get away. And when Saint Mike doubled down and came at the cop when the cop DID get out of the car, then Saint Mike was finished.

Who will be this incident’s “Rachel Jeantel” I wonder?

Applications for that position are being taken at the Law Office of Daryl P. Parks.

“His size has everything to do with it” —

Once again, not if the perp is high. That rush that the high gives is very similar to an adrenaline high, which is well known to make people stronger in the moment (example, 100 lb mother lifting heavy object from on top of child).

“They had apparently just had a wrestling match and they were evenly matched apparently.”

So you admit the guy has a “wrestling match” with a cop. Hmmmm, what the heck do you think he was wrestling for? So we can just go out and jump a cop and expect not to get shot? That’s exactly what is expect and I’m not nearly this thug’s size.

“If they were evenly matched and he had the color of law on his his side, then why is he bringing a gun into the match.”

Because he’s a cop and they have guns. What did you expect him to do, take it out of his holster and set it down on the seat of his car and ball his fists up, get in his best boxing stance, jump around shaking his fists, preparing for the thug to attack again? How do we know the cop was POSITIVE the thug didn’t have a gun. Oh, that’s right, I’m sure thug stopped long enough and let the cop pat him down real good.

“He knew that Brown did not have one.”

How could he have known?

“He also had available to him a tazer and baton and back-up that he should have called.”

Hahaha.... A tazer? Really? For a thug that already attacked and is coming back for more? Many times cops don’t carry tazers on their person. Have you considered he didn’t have time to retrievea tazer? And A baton? That would have required letting the big dude get VERY close to him again in a rage. Do YOU want to take that chance with a high 300 lb man? And how do you know he didn’t call for backup already? Or again, maybe he didn’t have time?

“SO why the deadly force of 8 shots?”

If the first 7 didn’t stop him....

So out of concern for the public he fires off atleast 8 rounds -- some of which miss and hit the residences around there on a Saturday afternoon where kids are outside playing.

What does the word "apparently" mean???

Because he’s a cop and they have guns.

They also have pepper spray, and batons, and tazers, and years of training in how to use them especially when back-up is on the way.

I think you need to wait for the facts to come out before making such assertions as fact.

He had just wrestled with him --- mano a mano.

For a thug is coming back for more?

No he wasn't -- he had broken off contact and was running away.

The threat to the officer had ceased at that point.

What I am speaking from are the facts that have already come out to the public from the mouth of the Chief of Police of Ferguson.

I guess Zimmerman was wrong in your eyes, then for shooting Trayvon. Never mind that Trayvon apparently went for Zimmerman's gun, just like Brown apparently went for the officer's gun. It ceases to be a 'wrestling' match if such happens.

I'll wait to see the coroner's report and for more information to come out before passing judgement here. It would behoove you to do the same.

This is your assertion:

Brown broke off and ran away from it. Why chase him down and shoot then???

You do yet not know if Brown turned around and started coming back. Also you do not know if Brown was on drugs that would have made him more dangerous. That is why it is important to wait for the toxicology report and the coroner's findings as to whether Brown was shot in the front or the back.

Oh, and you don't know the size of the officer in question, so you have no idea if it was an evenly matched wrestling situation. He would have to be pretty large to be in Brown's weight class.

There was not one other person hit or injured besides Saint Mike...not even Saint Mike's accomplice in crime. The ONLY other person hurt at all was the cop and the store owner...and they were hurt by Saint Mike. So with 20-20 hindsight the cop had it right. Saint Mike had assaulted, within the last 10 minutes, a LAW ENFORCEMENT officer and a small business owner...AFTER stealing from the small business owner. How many more people should Saint Mike be able to assault before you try and stop him?

I guess Zimmerman was wrong in your eyes, then for shooting Trayvon.

Zimmerman was at a total disadvantage but this cop was in his own vehicle at the time hopefully with back-up on the way

There is no comparison

Never mind that Trayvon apparently went for Zimmerman's gun

and Zimmerman fired only once and Zimmerman would not have chased Martin down and shot him 8 more times.

One shot was enough to extinguish the threat.

Brown apparently went for the officer's gun and then they wrestled for it -- per his friend.

According to the officer's friend the officer was the one who pulled his gun.

It ceases to be a 'wrestling' match if such happens.

Yep -- the advantage goes to the guy with the gun -- the cop in this case. So now why did he have to shoot him 8 times???

My question is this to the Chief: Why is the officer stopping to hassle two guys in the street when as far as he knows they have nothing to do with anything, and he is supposed to be on his way post haste to 911 emergency call???

You do yet not know if Brown turned around and started coming back.

When would that have been -- after the cop pursued him for 35 feet.

His body was found 35 feet from the cruiser with shell casings scattered all the way and that's per the Chief.

I see you continue to avoid the issue of whether Brown was shot in the front or the back. I guess it is just too inconvenient for your narrative of the cop chasing down and shooting Brown.

And I'm sorry, but even if the cop was a large 6 foot and 200 pounds, he would have been giving up 100 pounds in a close-in hand-to-hand match - a serious disadvantage.

If someone rushes a cop in his car, he is well within his legal perogatives to pull his gun. If Brown went for the cop's gun, he is well within his legal perogatives to shoot. And you have no idea if Brown was high and shouting threats to the officer that would have raised the cop's concern about the situation.

Also, if someone is walking down the middle of the street and blocking traffic, it is very much a cop's business to intervene.

A lot of information has come out that has changed the narrative to this point. I imagine much more is to come. A rational person without an axe to grind waits for such.
