Reports now say after the altercation in the police vehicle (a shot was fired) that they ran and then Brown came back and charged the officer. That is when the officer drew and fired.

I had to look that up - they do have flavored cigar wraps.
Actually, I was familiar with the Swisher Sweet brand (not alternate uses) so it was a ‘blast from the past’ when I heard the name ... had a boss who smoked them at work, back in the ‘good old days’ when they could smoke their offices ‘blue’ and nobody said anything.
