Jake Tapper is giving an oratory that the good citizens of Ferguson are peacefully gathered in downtown Ferguson. Across the street are armed militia with semi-automatic weapons.
Tapper questions what is going on with the peaceful gathering vs the armed militia. He says the peaceful assembly does not warrant the armed militia.
