Why should he worry about working with Congress? He just legislates by himself using Executive Orders, just like and good dictator would. He’s not worried because Congress doesn’t have the stones to do anything about it. Plus he’s got Harry in reserve to stonewall anything the Senate wants to debate.

Harry Reid is certainly doing his part to keep things bottled up. And yet, oddly, not much of the wrath of the Current Occupant now squatting in the White Hut seems to be directed at Harry.
Maybe The Won doesn’t WANT any legislative initiatives to proceed? That way, he can rationalize that he HAS to issue Executive Orders.
He wont ‘work’ with them because he doesn’t want any of them to know how STUPID he is.
If any one has a conversation with him of more than two sentences - it is immediately apparent just how LITTLE he knows.
