In the statement, Nixon said,"The democratically elected St. Louis County prosecutor and the Attorney General of the United States, each have a job to do. And with their experience and credentials get a job in law enforcement where the job is a lot safer, without politicians throwing them under the bus at the first sign of trouble.

If things had turned out differently — if Big Mike had gotten the gun and pumped six slugs into Darren Wilson, how would things be? Well, at the funeral there would be cops from all over riding in the procession. There would be bagpipes at the gravesite. Some time later, Darren Wilson’s name would be added to a police memorial. And then there would be the sound I am hearing now from my back porch: the sound of crickets. If Big Mike happened to be caught, it would be dryly noted in the papers: “Suspect Arrested in Cop Killing,” after which the whole matter would be collectively forgotten.

That’s kind of weird. Why would he say that? All that will do is inflame the protestors. Are the Democrats trying to create riots?

Judge Andrew Napolitano had harsh words for Nixon about Nixon’s rush to judgement and tainting the grand jury pool.

This Nixon guy is a total imbecile. Do you indict on the basis of extremely conflicting witness reports? How about the serious eye injury sustained by the officer? Did he do that to himself? Nixon, ball-less wuss kissing the butt of his libtard masters. He is not fit to govern a roll of toilet paper.

Obviously the State of Missouri has no intention of giving Darren Wilson the presumption of innocence.

Justice for the Family of the Black Thug is the only concern of the Governor of the State. Not Justice for All.

He stepped in it bigtime. Even Megyn Kelly said on her show to him to butt out.
